“I would like to start off by saying I would recommend Katlaw school to anyone that is interested in obtaining a Class A CDL. The front office staff, from day one, made it very easy to obtain all the proper paperwork to register for the program. All the staff and instructors went above and beyond to make your time at the school an enjoyable environment. The first week was in a classroom with a great teacher who made sure that all the students were on the same page. He also made a lot of the confusing material as simple and understandable as possible. The last two weeks were out on the yard and road. My personal opinion, I think I had one of the best truck driver instructors you can have. The very first day on the yard, I couldn’t back the truck up two feet, but by the end of the second week I could alley dock, parallel park, double clutch, down shift, and so much more. I would just like to take this time again to thank Katlaw for an experience I will never forget.”

Gary, the field and road instructor, was by far the best teacher I have ever had. He was thorough, fun and extremely nice. Without Gary or William, I would not have passed or obtained my CDL license.
